커머스 서비스 (2023 — 현재, Google Play 누적 설치 10만+) 매진 알림 뒤 수동 등록하던 다음 판매 회차를 사전 등록·판매 상태 기반 체인으로 바꿨습니다. 사용법 교육과 운영 예외 수정을 이어갔고, 원 거래를 보존하는 중복 처리 보강은 2026.07 운영 배치에 적용했습니다. NestJS·PostgreSQL 서버와 React Native 앱(iOS·Android)을 함께 만듭니다.
글로벌 앱테크·통합 플랫폼 (2021 — 현재, Google Play 국내·글로벌 각 누적 설치 100만+) 통합 인증, 포인트 적립 멱등성, 광고 미디에이션, 배포 없이 고치는 8개 언어 i18n을 운영합니다. 안드로이드 앱을 React Native로 iOS에 옮겨 출시했습니다(2021.12).

클라우드·플랫폼

다국가 AWS 인프라 (전 기간) 콘솔로 만든 인프라를 국가·권역별 CDK 스택으로 옮기고(2025), API Gateway·관리형 인증 대신 Lambda Function URL·CloudFront와 자체 통합 인증으로 운영합니다. Aurora PostgreSQL 13→15 업그레이드 실패를 AWS Support와 분석하고 DEV 검증 뒤 2026.03 운영 Blue/Green 전환을 했습니다. 이전 클러스터를 보존하고 사후 점검했습니다.
사내 개발 플랫폼 (2020 — 2024) 고객사 프로젝트마다 다시 만들던 인증·API·저장소·다국어·인프라 코드를 npm 패키지 12개로 묶어 4년간 유지했습니다. 깨지는 변경은 메이저 버전으로 분리했습니다. 문서·발표·신입 교육으로 사용법을 전달했습니다.
AI 업무 적용 (2026) 담당자가 상담 음성파일을 클로바에 직접 올려 전사·요약하고 검토하는 방법을 제안했습니다. 2명에게 1시간 교육했고, 오인식에는 통화 후 텍스트 요약을 추가하도록 했습니다. 기록·보고에 계속 사용한다는 피드백을 받았습니다.

글로벌 게임사 라이브 퀴즈 (2021, 2회, PL·서버·인프라 전담) 방송과 함께 진행하는 8개 언어 퀴즈를 약 1주 안에 만들었습니다. AWS IoT(MQTT)로 실시간 전달하고 정각 동시 제출을 미리 재현해, 약 8만 5천 명의 참여를 처리했습니다.
명품 브랜드 팝업 예약 시스템 (2022, TFT 리드·서버·인프라 전담) 초과 예약이 나던 구조를 RDB로 재구축하고, 응답 목표를 먼저 정해 부하 테스트 99.99% 성공·평균 약 0.17초를 확인한 뒤 오픈했습니다. 운영 계약과 인계까지 맡았습니다.
고객사 지원 (2020 — 2023) 고객사 11곳의 AWS 이관·장애 대응·환경 정리를 지원했습니다. 고객과 동작 확인, 운영자 사용법, 개발자 코드·배포·수정 방법, 계정 소유권 순으로 인계했습니다. 일부 프로젝트는 팀의 이관·개선 작업에 참여했습니다.
고정 선택형 안내·개발자 교육 앱 사용을 돕는 담당자와 대화하는 고정 선택형 안내의 서버·iPhone을 맡았습니다(기획·Android 분담). 화면·웹 이동 등의 액션을 재사용하도록 구성했으며 LLM 챗봇은 아닙니다. 2020~2022년 신입 약 11명에게 클라이언트·백엔드·AWS를 교육하고 프로젝트를 지도했습니다.

공공기관 AI 학습·추론 환경 구축개인 프로젝트로 수행한 고객 과제 · 데이터 처리와 인수인계

고객의 Arrow 전환 요구에 맞춰 운영 JSONL·DB를 보존하고 학습용 중간 파일을 없앴습니다. raw·normalized 각각 920,544행과 학습·API 입출력을 확인했습니다. Windows 실행·검수 절차를 문서와 전화로 넘겼고, 연구자가 직접 실행해 사용한다는 피드백을 받았습니다.

개인 서비스군 · 모노레포와 공통 기반, 제품 속 AI 기능

Memo·Lotto·Vote·HostAuto를 Next.js·Expo로 개발합니다. 공통 인증과 서비스 이용 권한을 분리하고, 데이터 수집과 소비자 반영 결과를 확인합니다. Device Farm은 Android 4종과 iPhone·iPad 등 운영 대상 실기기 6대를 다룹니다. 도구로 실행·캡처한 결과를 코드·회귀 결과·실제 화면과 대조하는 반자동 QA입니다. Local Asset Studio에서는 Node.js·PostgreSQL 작업 큐와 ComfyUI GPU 실행·결과 회수를 연결하고 재부팅 후 생성까지 확인했습니다. 가족 숙박 운영에서는 3개 계정·약 20~25개 숙소의 일정 변경 메일을 가족 4명이 확인해 작업자를 배정하는 데 쓰고 있습니다.

온디바이스 LLM 요약 기능 구현과 품질 평가 ↗

메모 앱에 기기 내 LLM 요약을 출시했다. 이후 Mac의 고정 입력 252회 평가로 출력·사실성 문제를 구분하고, 모델 다운로드 경로를 코드에서 수정·검증했다.

AI implementation and adoption
Released an on-device summary feature in a personal app, trained staff in a call transcription/summary workflow, and built and handed over an AI data and execution environment on a separate client engagement.

Applied a bounded duplicate-request fix to production batch jobs in Jul 2026 to preserve the original transaction. Build the NestJS/PostgreSQL server and the React Native apps for iOS and Android.
Global rewards app & platform (2021 — present, 1M+ Google Play installs each in Korea and globally) Run unified auth, idempotent point accrual, ad mediation, and i18n for 8 languages that can be edited without a deploy. Ported the Android app to iOS with React Native (Dec 2021).
Unified sign-in web (2025 — present) Moved each app's login into one web app. The deep link carries only a one-time code that the app exchanges for tokens; the OAuth path recorded about 1M–1.1M calls a month (Nov 2025–Aug 2026, excluding warm-up calls).

Cloud & platform

Multi-country AWS infrastructure (throughout) Moved console-built infrastructure into per-market CDK stacks (2025) and replaced API Gateway and managed auth with Lambda Function URLs, CloudFront, and in-house auth. Investigated a failing Aurora PostgreSQL 13-to-15 upgrade with AWS Support, verified it in development, and made a production Blue/Green switch in Mar 2026, keeping the previous cluster for recovery.
Internal developer platform (2020 — 2024) Packaged the auth, API, storage, i18n, and infrastructure code every client project rebuilt into 12 npm packages, maintained for four years with breaking changes kept to new major versions. Shared usage through documentation, presentations, and training.
AI in operations (2026) Proposed a manual CLOVA workflow: staff upload call recordings, transcribe, summarize, and review the result. Trained two staff members for one hour and added a short staff-written summary to correct speech-recognition errors. Received feedback that the workflow continued to be used for records and reports.

Client projects

Global game company live quiz (2021, 2 events, project lead · sole server/infra) Built an 8-language quiz run alongside a live broadcast in about a week. Delivered questions over AWS IoT (MQTT) and rehearsed on-the-minute answer spikes in advance, handling about 85K participants.
Luxury brand pop-up reservation system (2022, project lead · sole server/infra) Rebuilt an over-booking system on a relational database, set response-time targets up front, and launched after load tests showed 99.99% success at about 0.17 s. Continued through the operations contract and handover.
Client support (2020 — 2023) Supported AWS migrations, incidents, and environment cleanup for 11 clients. Handovers covered joint functional checks, operator guidance, code/deployment instructions, and account ownership. On some projects I contributed to a team-led migration and improvement effort.
Fixed-choice guidance and developer training Built the server and iPhone implementation for fixed-choice in-app guidance, with planning and Android work shared. Develop Memo, Lotto, Vote, and HostAuto with Next.js and Expo. Separate shared sign-in from service access, and check collected data against consumer results. Device Farm covers six managed real devices: four Android models, an iPhone, and an iPad. Tools execute and capture; I compare code, regression results, and device screens. Local Asset Studio connects a Node.js/PostgreSQL job queue to ComfyUI GPU generation and result retrieval, verified again after reboot. A separate family workflow checks three accommodation accounts and about 20–25 properties; four family members use change emails before a person assigns cleaning work.

On-device LLM summaries: build and quality evaluation ↗Korean only

Released an on-device summary path in May–Jun 2026 that does not send its input to an external LLM. A 252-run Mac evaluation in September distinguished output format from factual support. Fixed and regression-tested a model-download revision issue in code; deployment of that later fix has not been confirmed.
